Event Details

The Florida Pioneer Festival takes place November 7–8, 2025 at Pioneer Park in Zolfo Springs, Florida.

  • Festival Hours: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM both days

  • Festival Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM both days

  • Evening Concerts:

    • Friday at 6:00 PM – Southern Express Bluegrass (included with Gate Entry)

    • Saturday at 6:30 PM – Alex Key (ticketed, or included with Saturday/Weekend Education Passes)

This is a rain-or-shine event, so dress comfortably for Florida weather.

Gate Entry
  • Adults: $10

  • Students (with ID): $5

  • Children 4 & under: Free
    Includes access to the festival grounds, Mercantile Market, food trucks, and Friday night’s bluegrass concert.

Alex Key Headline Concert (Sat, Nov 8 – 6:30 PM)
  • $30 (includes Saturday gate entry)
    A high-energy show from Nashville rising star Alex Key at the Nickerson Pavilion.

Education Passes – 2 Full Days of Learning

For those ready to dive deeper, the Education Pass offers two days of talks, lectures, and hands-on workshops led by nationally recognized speakers including Joel Salatin, Laura Cox, Rachel Hester, and more.

    • Includes both days of gate entry

    • Access to all educational sessions in the main pavilion (tent space is sold out)

    • Admission to evening concert

  • Single-Day Education Pass: $50 (Friday OR Saturday) (SOLD OUT)

    • Includes gate entry, all sessions for the day, and evening concert admission.

  • Weekend Education Pass (Best Value): $75 (SOLD OUT)

    • Includes both days of gate entry

    • Access to all educational sessions

    • Admission to both evening concerts

All tickets are subject to standard fees and processing.

Parking & Accessibility

  • Paid onsite parking with attendants to guide you. $5 CASH ONLY

  • Accessible parking and pathways are available. Please note: some areas are grassy or uneven.

Visitor Information

  • Re-entry: Allowed with wristband or ticket confirmation and hand-stamp

  • Food & Drinks: No outside food or coolers. Refillable water bottles welcome.

  • Pets: Service animals only.

  • Payments: Many vendors accept cards, but cash is recommended.

  • What to Bring: Comfortable shoes, sunscreen, hat, water bottle, and a notebook for workshops if desired.
