OUR AMAZING TALENT & SCHEDULE LINEUP
Here in the heartland of Florida, music is the rhythm that keeps us moving. Throughout the festival grounds, live performances create an uplifting soundtrack for your weekend.
We’ve scattered three music tents around the Mercantile Market, each hosting a different live group performing twice daily. As you shop, eat, and explore, you’ll be surrounded by the sounds of bluegrass, folk, country, and Americana—music that captures the spirit of homesteading and heritage.

Friday, November 7 – 6:00 PM
Gather under the Nickerson Pavilion on the west side of the park for a special evening concert by the Southern Express Bluegrass Band. This show is included with your gate admission—no extra ticket required!

Saturday, November 8 – 6:30 PM
Rising country star Alex Key takes the stage at the Nickerson Pavilion for a high-energy headline concert. This performance is included with Weekend Education Passes or can be purchased separately as a concert ticket.
Whether you’re tapping your foot at the market, relaxing under the oaks, or enjoying the headline shows, music will be woven into every part of your festival experience.

Southern Express Bluegrass Band
Southern Express Bluegrass is a six-piece ensemble of seasoned musicians known for their tight harmonies, masterful instrumentation, and joyful stage presence. Since forming in 2005, they’ve performed at community festivals, regional fairs, the Grand Ole Opry, and even recorded a live album at Nashville’s world-famous Station Inn, with their work contributing to Grammy-nominated collaborations. Blending traditional standards, gospel favorites, and original songs, their music reflects the roots of Appalachia while embracing the welcoming spirit of Florida’s Heartland.
